Short, because we collect very little. This page says exactly what the contact form takes, what happens to it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form. There is no account, no newsletter and no tracking on this website, so there is nothing else to collect.
- Required
- First name, last name, work email and company.
- Optional
- Job title, phone number, country, approximate PO volume and your message.
- Automatically
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — IP address, browser and the page requested — used to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a demo. Company and PO volume let us tailor what we show you; everything else is how we reach you. We do not use any of it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, named swa_session, and only after you sign in to the customer dashboard. It holds your login session and nothing else. It is strictly necessary for signing in, so there is no consent banner to click.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site reports your visit to Google, Meta or anyone else.
Where it goes
Form submissions travel over HTTPS to our own application and database. The people who see them are the people who will answer you.
Two service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf: our website host, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above, and our email provider, which carries our reply to you. We use no other processors for website enquiries.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a conversation: deleted within 12 months.
- Enquiries from customers and active prospects: kept while the relationship is live, and afterwards only where we are required to for tax or accounting records.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our host for security and diagnostics.
Your data during a project
This policy covers the website. Customer SAP data is a separate matter and is governed by the agreement we sign with you. Our default position is that the system is deployed on your own infrastructure, reads SAP read-only, and that your PO and supplier data never leaves your network.
Your choices
Write to us and we will act on any of these: ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. You can also simply tell us to stop contacting you, and we will.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects people who have already contacted us, we will tell them directly.
