Attendance, substitution and bus safety — without the registers.
One platform for a school: staff and teacher attendance taken by face scan, substitutes assigned before the first period, students admitted at the gate without stopping, every bus on a live map, and parents told at each step.

Principal
Today's attendance, absent teachers and their substitutes, fee collection and every bus — on one screen.
Teacher
The day's timetable, a class register that is already filled in, and marks entry for the next exam.
Parent
Where the bus is, when the child reached school, attendance history, fees due and school notices.
School office
Admissions, students and staff, classes and sections, fee structures and transport routes.
What we automate
Six modules, one daily rhythm
Each one works on its own, and together they cover the morning a school actually has: who came in, who is teaching, and where every child is.
Staff attendance
Face scan at entry and exit, automatic late marking, leave balances, and a monthly report ready for payroll.
Teacher attendance & auto-substitution
Absences are known at the cut-off time, and every period goes to the best free teacher — subject first, then class, then workload.
Student gate attendance
Cards read from three to eight metres while students walk through, so a 500-student school is inside in about ten minutes.
Bus tracking & safety
Live GPS, a boarding and drop scan for every child, a panic button, and a check that no one is left on the bus.
Parent app
Boarded, reached school, left school, dropped at the home stop — with the live bus map and attendance history.
Principal dashboard
The whole school on one screen, and attendance, substitution and transport reports in one click.
A morning at the school
Three places where the day stops being manual
The gate, the route and the Principal's screen. Nothing else about the morning changes — the register, the phone calls and the substitute hunt simply stop.

At the gate, 8:05 AM
Children walk through and the card is read from three to eight metres. Nobody stops, nobody queues, and attendance is already taken.

On the route, live
Every bus on one map, a scan when a child boards or gets off, and a check that no one is left on board at the end of the trip.

In class, from the first bell
No roll call and no register. A teacher who is away already has a substitute in front of the class, assigned and notified by 8:15.
The whole day
The bus leaves at 6:50. Nobody writes anything down.
One loop of an ordinary day — the stop, the gate, the way home, and the record the Principal opens at the end of it. Every step below happens on its own.

What we do not claim
- Devices are standard open-API hardware from third-party manufacturers. We integrate and support them; we do not make them.
- Hardware is costed after a site survey and proven in the pilot before any bulk order is placed.
- Bus devices are AIS-140 certified, and state school-bus rules are confirmed with the local RTO before purchase.
- Children's data is consent-based, role-restricted and hosted in India, under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Questions
What principals and trustees ask first
The questions every school asks before a pilot — including what needs hardware and what does not.
Can I try the school management software before booking a demo?
Yes. Start a free 24-hour trial: enter your school's name and your email, type the 6-digit code we email you, and choose a password. You get your school's own private account as its admin, with every module switched on — no card and no payment. We can extend the trial if you need more time.
Start the free trialWhat does the school system cover?
Staff and teacher attendance by face scan, automatic substitution for absent teachers, walk-through gate attendance for students, classes and timetables, exams and marks, fee management, live bus tracking with boarding scans, school notices, and a parent app — with a principal dashboard over all of it.
Is this a school ERP, or only attendance?
It works as a school ERP — admissions, students, staff, academics, exams, fees and transport in one system — but each module also runs on its own. Many schools start with attendance and parent alerts and add the rest phase by phase.
Do we need to buy new hardware?
Only for the modules that scan: face-scan terminals for staff, gate readers for students and GPS devices for buses. They are standard open-API devices from third-party manufacturers, costed after a site survey and proven in a pilot before any bulk order.
How long does it take to roll out in a school?
A pilot on one gate lane, one bus and one staff terminal takes 2-3 weeks. The full rollout then goes in three phases over roughly three to four months, so the school never changes everything at once.
Is children's data safe?
Data is consent-based, role-restricted and hosted in India under the DPDP Act, 2023. A parent sees only their own child and a teacher only their own classes.
Do you work with schools outside Pune?
Yes. We are based in Pune and work with schools across Maharashtra and India. The software runs in a browser and on phones; the devices are installed after a site survey at the school.
