Terms for using this website. A project is covered by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern a project. If we work together, a separate written agreement covers scope, price, deliverables, confidentiality and everything else that matters — and where it and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

The content on this site

The descriptions, figures and worked examples here are illustrative. Numbers such as 10,000 PO lines, 215 exceptions or sixteen hours of manual effort are modelled figures used to explain how the system works, calculated against published procurement benchmarks. They are not results measured at a named customer, and nothing here should be read as a performance guarantee.

What your own figures look like depends on your data, your SAP configuration and your process. That is why we offer to run the rules engine on your own extract before you commit to anything.

The articles under Notes are written to be technically accurate and useful, but they are general guidance about SAP purchasing, not advice about your system. Check anything you intend to act on against your own configuration.

Demo requests

• Submitting the contact form is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and puts you under no obligation.
• A demo is free and carries no commitment. Sample data you send us for a demo is treated as confidential and is deleted once the demo is done, unless you ask us to keep it.
• We may decline an enquiry, including where the work is not a good fit — which we will say plainly rather than take on regardless.

The dashboard sign-in

The sign-in area is for customers and for accounts we have issued for a demonstration. Do not attempt to access an account that is not yours, probe the application for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use automated tools to scrape the site.

If you do find a security problem, please tell us instead of publishing it. We will take it seriously and we will not threaten you for reporting it.

Intellectual property

The design, text, diagrams and code of this website belong to ASG Tech Solution. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Trademarks

SAP, SAP ECC, S/4HANA and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE. Microsoft, Excel and Power BI are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. They are used here only to describe the systems this software works with.

ASG Tech Solution is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of SAP SE. Nor are we connected to ASG Technologies or to ASG TechSolutions, which are separate and unrelated companies with similar names.

Availability

We try to keep this website up, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove any part of it. Nothing on this page applies to the uptime of a system delivered under a project agreement, which that agreement covers.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of the general information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the obligations we take on in a signed project agreement.

Where we link to another site — SAP documentation, a directory, a professional profile — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them fall to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
